How to add meta tag keyword and description to blogspot or blogger

Adding meta tag to blogger can bring your website to top of search list.Any search engine looks keywords of websites so if you do not add keyword you may not get listed in search result list.
Here i am describing how to add met a tag to blogger.

 NOTE: BEFORE EDITING HTML CODE PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE FULL TEMPLATE
1 STEP: Sign in to your blogger dashboard>Select the 'Design' link.


2.STEP: Click on the 'Edit html' tab



3.STEP:Following code has to be added

<meta content='DESCRIPTION' name='description'/>

          <meta content='KEYWORDS' name='keywords'/>

<meta content='AUTHOR' name='author'/>

//....  DESCRIPTION HERE:Write description of your blog i.e what is your blog type etc.
KEYWORDS:Write the keywords of your blog i.e. content of your site
AUTHOR NAME:Write the author's name(Your name) ......//

well for this you have to use meta tag generator which can automatically generate description keyword  easily

4. Find the following code and add the above code just after it
